Hi Melissa,
Which mail program do you use? I use Thunderbird here, and I can set it
to take text from a file saved on my computer. I just go to
Tools>Account Settings, and there's an option there to include a
signature on my emails. I just typed the text into notepad and saved it
on my desktop and Thunderbird takes the text from there every time I
compose a new email.
With Outlook Express, you go to Tools>Options and select the Signatures
tab. That gives you the option to directly type your signature in there
and add it to all emails or just to the ones you compose yourself.
I don't know how to do it with other mail programs or the online
webservers like gmail or yahoo. I hope this helps
Jean
