Yes, Pam, it is anxiety. Actually, they label it panic/anxiety. But
there is also depression sliding in there.

Thanks for this. I am, too. All of my GOOD friends know about my
problems. It just seems that they aren't always there when I want
them to be. I've been taking clonazepam on a regular basis since
before we lost Hope. And I'm also on two other meds. I had always
thought that it was JUST my husband who was having problems and
ending up in the emergency room until all of this started happening
to me and the bottom line was depression for me, too. (He doesn't
take as many psychotic meds as I do. His are almost all for his
heart which was causing his depression.)

I like this. I don't seem to have any problems helping other people
with their problems. I can listen for hours and give pretty sound
advice, I think (most of the time :-)), but when it comes to my own,
I don't know who to talk to. I'm so afraid that everyone is just fed
up with me and my downers. And they should be, so I don't talk to
anyone. But on days when I'm feeling good, I do really well.

I appreciate your nose. Put it wherever you think it needs to be.
I'm always at the end of the email airwaves. Thanks much!
