I agree with Pam Sheila, I do think it's anxiety and don't think that drs
don't take them seriously because they do and if your dr doesn't then
change! There are some herbal remedies you could try if you don't want to
use pharmaceuticals such as a rescue remedy tincture available from health
food shops. Sometimes listening to music and deep breathing can help
alleviate mild symptoms.
Don't worry about the world coming to an end tomorrow it's already tomorrow
