[tri-wings] re conference? friends dads funeral

Reading my post, I didn't mean to minimalize that fact that my friend lost
her dad,  I really feel for her ( it was an expected death, not just this
soon)  what I should have said is that I don't need another funeral right
after the emotional time conference and the rest of our trip was. As it was
our first conference with out Bec, and even though we went to Mexico right
after this was our first "typical " vacation with out her, and it hit me in
many ways even all of us being able to head in to the rest stop together as
someone always had to stay back with Bec  ( at 70 lbs she was not getting
out for our pee breaks) even the trip to six flags and the shopping were
painful reminders...it was so hard to walk by all the girls clothes...so to
find out that we need to go to a visitation an hr away on the day I just
want to veg and unpack is stressing me out  that and maybe the trip to the
periodontist that I had forgotten about! Plus it's the first funeral since
Bec died...
