Hi Gena,
Wow, you are looking at a lot of things.  Not only T18 or T21, but  
also Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.  But considering all the love you will  
get from this little one, it would all be worth it. It might just  
stretch your patience to the nth degree, but when doesn't that happen  
to parents?
If you have not posted to Tri-Meds or Tri-Family, maybe you should.   
Or if you want, I could forward it to the Tri-meds list.  My guess is  
that you would get a lot more details from that list.
