[tri-wings] Re: prayers, please

I've been travelling for the past couple of weeks. This list is such a
blessing. Yes, it is full of pain and heartaches. But the other side of =
the
coin is that it is real. It helps me realize how trivial most things =
really
are. It brings back memories that brings healing. Pam, you are the =
supporter
right now. I know that when my dad died, 12 years ago, I was unable to =
do
anything. I don't remember the funeral at all. When we picked out the
casket, I sat in the office in a fetal position while my wife, siblings, =
and
mother looked at the options. Some pain is just too much to bear alone. =
That
is why God made families.

Last night, my wife made another trip to the hospital to be with her =
dad. He
is 96 and having a really rough time. Her comment was that she just =
needed
me to hug her. I'm trying everything that I can do to finish up so I can =
go
home. When we have a helper, all our burdens are halved and our joys
doubled. Please keep us in your prayers too. God bless you.
