[tri-wings] platitudes

This past mother's day we went to a local Mennonite church,  we have several
friends who are Mennonites.  I was having a rough day, as it was my first
mother's day without Richard W.  One of the women came up to me after church and
asked when Richard had died, so I answered, February, then she responded, with
something to the effect it was still to soon to be "over it".  Like you ever get
over the death of your child.  I know she meant well, but unless you have lost a
child you just do not understand the emotions associated with it.
