That is the truely wonderful thing about all of these
lists.  You can particiapte as much or little as you
want and if it's not for you no one will judge you. 
The whole purpose is to help you through a bad time,
and if being on one of them makes it worse - than it's
losing the purpose.

Don't ever feel bad about "rambling".  We've all done
it - again, that's why we are here.
