[tri-wings] news from hospital

well aandrew and i went to the hospital and found out more about craig,ive
seem to have misheard the doctors ,they have told us about edwards as craig
might have had but the consultant obestrician told us that craig had
chromosome triploidy syndrome.which means he had the follwing.
triplodiy syndrome is an rare chromsmal disoreder,a complete extra set of
chromosomes totaling 69,rather than the normal 46 is found in infant babies
with triploidy syndrome usally are lost through early misscarrige,however
some babies have been born and survived as long as 5 months.
the infant shows severely retareded fetal growth and many prenatal
abnoromalities.
at least he didnt suffer and the chance of it happing again are slim. we
also got two photos of craig .i cant belive i got it wrong but when you are
in the hospital and going through the emations you dont seem to listen
enough.
i feel a fool telling you all that he had trisomy 18.
