Welcome Victoria. So sorry you had to find this group, but know that you are now part of a really special group. The angel moms are a one of a kind, caring, understanding and loving group. No one has a PhD in psychology - at least I don't think so - but they all have been very good counselors for me! My family is in Texas. We joined this list after we delivered our baby girl, Grace, at 17 weeks gestation August 31, 2003. She had full Trisomy 13 - and most all of the worst problems associated with T-13. This was a very dark time in my life and without the lovely people on this list, I would have been in a very bad way. I am more thankful for them than I know how to express. So, you couldn't have found a better place! When you feel up to it, let us know a little more about you and your family. Hugs, Brenda - wife to Rich, mommy to Matthew Alexander(3), Grace Alexandra (^i^ 8/31/03 full T-13) and Nicholas Andrew (9 months and almost walking!) -----Original Message----- From: tri-wings-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:tri-wings-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ariel Sent: Tuesday, May 17, 2005 5:08 AM To: Tri-Wings@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [tri-wings] new to group HI I am not sure how this all works but thought I should introduce myself. My name is Victoria, I am 33, DH is 33 and our son is 9. We lost our daughter Hannah on May 7th at 23 weeks gestational. The dr says she had an uncommon trisomy, but we bypassed testing at that point. I am not sure what else I should say....any suggestions? questions?
