[tri-wings] Re: microwave off topic advice needed

it was me and all the brown staining smoke went up into the cupboard above. 
You could try boiling a bowl of water with dishwashing soap in it the steam 
condenses on the walls and roof then just wipe over with a cloth.  To remove 
the smell maybe some vanilla essence in a cup of water for 30secs on low 
after cleaning?
