[tri-wings] microwave off topic advice needed

A while ago someone was saying they had burned popcorn in the microwave,
well today when we were out Mark burned something in the microwave ( dispite
being told not to leave the room when using the microwave)  anyway I was
just looking for advice on how to get the burnt smell out of the microwave
and the best way to restore the inside to white as it is now very yellowish
