Sorry Sam,
Your mails and all the replies are getting caught up in moderating because
of overquoting. That is you are limited to including up to 8 lines of any
previous message. If there is more it bounces to moderation.

In large thats to try and catch any mails from folks who forget to delete
whole digests etc (Mandy understands how easy that is to do :-))

Moderation means it has to be manually approved (by Jan or myself) before it
can go through to the list.
Unfortunately I only have a short time span in which to approve messages for
moderation. If that time runs out then all I can do is forward the message
to the list. Thats why I mention that it is a forwarded message - otherwise
it can look like I have posted it.
