I think it's equally traumatic at anytime. My husband lost his firstborn at
18months and we have often talked about less or more traumatic. He has 18
months of beautiful memories, I don't. I don't have to struggle with looking
at photos of her, he does.No matter when and no matter how, the loss of a
child is devastating. All of your hopes and dreams have been stomped on and
crushed and nothing can change what has happened. Please don't sell your self
short by thinking your loss is any less than the next person's.....

I'm sure their intentions were good but I think I would struggle to see how
going to one funeral means closure for another life! How far into your
pregnancy were you?
DO NOT feel guilty about grieving.......No one here will tell you their loss
is greater than yours(or at least I would hope they wouldn't).
