I tried to watch it, but got bogged down in commercials, saw a bit of =
the
first video about the woman who had 3 daughters, lost a son to sids, =
then
gave one up for adoption and was pregnant again and =
single..............in
my  opinion those are the "stories" the public will listen to, to listen =
to
and deal with the choices OUR  families make is not what they want to =
hear,
i.e. someone else posted recently about being interviewed re: living =
with a
disabled child and another woman was interviewed re: terminating a =
disabled
child, guess who got the greater sob story in the article? The woman
terminating.   Not that I am pro anything, but those that do choose to =
carry
and care for a disabled child do need to be applauded we care for those =
that
society calls defective, but our kids have a lot to give and a lot to =
teach,
I am certain that I am a VERY different person then if I had had 2 =
typical
kids

All that matters is that what you did was to try to help.  Nobody has =
the
right to criticizes you  and if someone does you  don't worry, be in =
peace
with yourself knowing that those who criticizes you haven't gone to what =
we,
the ones related to Trisomy gone through - feeling the pain of loosing =
our
babies or dealing with their problems.
My Amanda is due for the 5 of November and we still don't know what we =
are
going to have after she arrives but we trust our God that everything =
that
happens have a great importance for us and a good opportunity to learn
something in our lives and that's why He let those things happens!!!
