Welcome to the list I am sure that working with all men is hard.  I work 
pretty much with all women and that has it's hard times too but they are 
usually pretty sympathetic to any grief and support each other very well.
You just need time to grieve your angel has only been gone for such a short 
time the first year is the hardest, a year of firsts..... hugs to you and 
Shawn and Gage.
You can vent here anytime.
