[tri-wings] hardy update

I have been in deep lurk, reading some deleting some
 

On April 6 the Ontario Canada Easter seals telethon was on, they again
played the interview with us and Rebecca, so strange as it was recorded
about 90 days before she died........and aired for the first time after she
passed. At the end of the clip it says that she died.  We watched it again
this year and taped it as well ( if we can ever figure out how to post it we
will)   it's the only segment that they showed twice. I cried watching it
both times......my girl is still making a difference 2 years after her
death,  not bad for a child the medical community calls incompatible with
life.  Miss her so much.    I was orienting another nurse the other day and
she kept asking me how many kids.......and it came out about Rebecca (
usually I try not to get personal with new staff as its just to new and raw)
she was cool and  was fine with me talking about Rebecca  ( some people get
all weird)   Mark is doing well at school, now back in the regular high
school after being away last year at a school for kids with learning
disabilities,   that was so hard for me,  Bec being Gone and  Mark away all
week, but it was worth it, he learned so much, he is holding his own in
class and his only complaint is that the kids are immature.  We lost our dog
in Oct 06 which was a 2nd blow after losing Rebecca in Feb 06, in Nov we
adopted another sheltie from a rescue, and two weeks ago we adopted another
sheltie from the same rescue ( call us nuts but it was hubby's idea)  the
first dog fit in great, the second, well he has some issues but he is a nice
dog and we are working with him.  The funny thing is the first dog  Loki
while he likes the new dog, he has his nose out of joint about the
attention, guess its like siblings, not an issue we ever dealt with.  I may
not post often or respond to posts but I keep everyone in my thoughts
