[tri-wings] hard day ( very blunt, medical orriantated )

I had to recert in CPR the other day, it's the first time I have since Bec
died, I  did sort of try CPR on her even though I Knew she was gone, it was
so hard listening to the teacher talking about VSA  (  vital signs absent )
people, their colour ect, brought it all back.  I did speak with the teacher
( they are paramedics) at the break and told her I was having a very hard
time with her class ( in case I bolted )  because the last time I did CPR it
was on a family member and was not successful, of course she HAD to  ask
what family member and I had to say my daughter....then I had to deal with
her feelings as well as mine.....totally su.. But I did pass
