I am so sorry for your loss. You have found a great
place to be. We can't really take away your pain but
sometimes it helps being able to release your
frustrations with people that have been in the same
place. You are at a very bitter point, the shock of
losing a baby that you had planned and dreamed nine
months for is unmeasureable. Try to take things a
moment at a time. Don't try to figure them out now.
You'll have time later for that. Take any help that
you can get and talk, talk talk. It is such a great
release to be able to talk about our precious angels
and not have someone shriek or act uncomfortable about
it.
Feel free to post here whenever you need to, chances
are someone will be able to directly relate to what
you are feeling and can at least help with taking the
tiny steps through to your new life. Things will
never be normal, but you eventually will adjust to
your new normal. The pain will get managable, it does
take time though.
Most of all, remember that everyone is unique and the
grieving time varies from person to person. It's okay
to feel sad, angry, confused and just plain like you
are losing your mind. Somewhere down the line, it
will be okay to smile again and as unthinkable as it
may seem now - laugh. It will happen, just don't feel
bad if it seems like a lifetime for forever to get
here.
Keep us posted on how you are doing.
