[tri-wings] Re: grieveing

I am so sorry for your loss. We too did not know of our daughter's diagnosis
of Trisomy 18 at birth. She lived just under two weeks. You can read about
her at _www.emmagrace.netfirms.com_ (http://www.emmagrace.netfirms.com)

One thing that has helped me is helping others and talking about my daughter
and our experience.

A great place to talk about both is right here and also at
_www.rowantreefoundation.org_ (http://www.rowantreefoundation.org) which is
an online
community board. But, just because it helped me does not mean it will help
you. You
can also find a support group for infant loss in your area by going to either
_www.missfoundation.org_ (http://www.missfoundation.org) or
_www.nationalshareoffice.com_ (http://www.nationalshareoffice.com)

All three of the above sites have lots of information to read and print to
help you as well.

Take care of yourself and your needs, remember to cry when you need to and
spend time thinking about your son when you need to. It takes a long time to
feel "normal" again.
