[tri-wings] conference

We are finally home!  Conference was great as usual!  We arrived at 4:30
Friday morning and I stayed up as the video was to be shown at 8 am ( Glenn
and Mark went to bed)  but the video had not arrived :0( so I went to sleep
for a while.  We did not go to the baseball game so after dinner I hung out
in the lobby and chatted with Rachael, which was good cause I didn't see
much of her after that :0(  and I feel bad now about all the people I "know
" on list but never spoke to at the conference :0(  I really cant add
anything to Deanna's report, as she put it so well :0) (  glad to have
finally met Deanna )  it was hard to attend the conference, but at the same
time in some ways it makes me feel better......many tears though at the
video and at the balloon release......we extended our vacation and went to
Gurnee IL  for six flags ( Mark's pick) and shopping  what a huge mall
Gurnee Mills is !  its like 4 times the size of a regular mall!!!!!!!!!  And
we walked the length twice, Mark also suggested Glenn go back for the car
while he and I waited,  Glenn didn't like that idea LOL!  Anyway on the way
home we were stopping in Flint MI for dinner, and I was wondering where
Michelle waite lived.......checked out the map, and realized that it was
probably about 20 min away!  So I looked up her # and called her and she
came and had coffee with us!  It was so great to meet her!!!!!  As we neared
closer to home I checked my phone messages....my friends father died and the
visitation is today/tonight and the funeral is Sunday.....just what I need
........now I have to get ready for the periodontist ....wish I was back in
Chicago!!!!!!!!!!!
