There are full details on the Listserv Website, including times. The direct
URL for the chat room is
http://www.trisomyonline.org/chat.htm
For most people you simply go to the page with the chat room (there is a
link from that previous page), wait for the chat room to load and then start
typing.

I used to send reminders, but most of the time they were ignored anyway. If
I get myself organised I will probably do it again at some stage.
