i am sorry to hear things are so difficult right now.  if you ever need 
someone to talk to, let me know (email me off list).  i hate to think of 
someone feeling alone(not to be presumptious but i would imagine you feel a 
bit alone sometimes) with all of the issues you are facing. ignore this 
message if it is too intrusive. i mean well.
