[tri-wings] balloon release

Hello,
    I would love for any one that is going to the conference on Chicago to do  
balloon for my baby Matilda she was born March 12th and died March 13th.  2000.

    I am sure it is but I wanted to ask-------------- it is now way to late to 
go to the SOFT conference if one wants to   RIGHT???????????
