[tri-wings] anniversary date

i am just catching up on my reading after two weeks away. we went camping for
two weeks just to get away.
today would have been our son tyler's second birthday. we are going to do a
balloon release in his memory. i can hardly believe that two years ago at noon
i had my beautiful baby boy. so much has changed. i know all of you
understand- we live a new reality now. nothing is certain, nothing is permanent.

in honour of tyler i would like to share some of the gifts he gave me.

those without voices often speak more eloquently than those of us with the gift
of speech. i have learned to slow down and see the person within in my new
work with disabled children. (way more fun than the old prison guard gig)

beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder. to use the words of a wise
friend, tyler was perfect for the purpose god intended him to fulfill. tyler
was as beautiful as my other two children, kira and abbey.

live in the moment as it really is all you have.

every single soul has the same value regardless of how they choose to live.
criticism and negativity are the easy way out- a failure to see the person in
front of you.

i could go on and on because tyler changed everything. i see the world with
new eyes now. i value all of your friendship and support more than i can
express. my heart, thoughts and prayers are with all of you always.

with love,
pam, tyler's mum
