Pam,

I'm sorry this has happened to you. For someone you trust to be that 
inconsiderate is a horrible thing to have to experience. I also think 
sending her a letter is the thing to do. Let her know what she has done to 
you and how she has destroyed any trust you had in her. Maybe it will open 
her eyes and she will learn to care about her patients more. I think you 
should find another doctor that you feel comfortable with who truly cares 
about helping you get well so that maybe one day you won't need the meds 
anymore.

I hope you find some peace soon and I'll be praying for your sweet 
granddaughter.
