Betty, if you reading this can you please pass on my hugs to Karen and tell her 
to rest as much as she needs,quit worrying and most of all let others look 
after her and advise her what's best!!
In Karen's absence, Sue and I will be muddling through between us but if you 
need anything urgent can I suggest that you mark the email as such and I will 
try my utmost to be here more hours than I have been of late. Anyone who needs 
vacation mode setting for the conference please feel free to shout or have a go
