Hi Kathy,
I can understand where you are coming from, it's hard to see others that are
not trying as hard getting the same compensation as you who works harder.
I've come to realize it's part of life, however I'm a firm believer that
eventually the hard work pays and you will be recognized.  So far it's
worked for me (well, most of the time).
