Dear Kathy,
 Will pray for their inlightenment as to how valuable you are. It is
irritatling to me even working for my parents, my stepdad has the attitude men
should/need to make more. I've been here almost 20 yrs and I too feel a bit
slighted in the pay dept. I'm sorry for your pain and will pray for better
times.
