I leant Larry and Katie information/advise/suggestions on filing and
incorporating "A Butterfly's Touch" as I was the Executive Director of a
non-profit organization in Milwaukee for 4 years and resigned to develop
Noah' Never Ending Rainbow, a national Trisomy organization.  The best
source to learn how to start a non-profit organization or private foundation
is to check out the Foundation Center at www.fdncenter.org.  There is a
question and answer section that is wonderful...it will give you all the
answers you are looking for and help you decide if developing a non-profit
or private foundation is something you wish to pursue.  Hope this helps!

One site that I came accross just after losing Haley is
www.missfoundation.org  Without that site, I dont know if Id be here today.
There are message
boards, chats, and group meetings all over the USA for parents and other
family
members.  It is a wonderful organization.
About starting a non-profit org, how do you do that???  I was thinking about
doing that also, but I dont know where to start and what I need to do and
know.  Could you maybe give me some tips on that?  Thanks...I look forward
