Thanks so much, Atousa. 

The deputy chief Coroner is personally handling the case. He is a wonderful
and honest man. This is great. 

The VP nursing has told us she sees great potential for change our of
Annie'sstory, and uses words like, "action plan, strategies, time line" etc,
so we are hopeful that things are starting to turn around, at long last.
