[tri-wings] Update

hello to all you out there....Please forgive me for staying gone so long, but I 
was unknowingly on vacation digest since Christmas, and didn't figure it out 
until Jan (good ole gal that she is) wrote and asked me if it was supposed to 
be in effect!  Nope, says I!  Didn't know it was on it anyway!  I get all these 
digests, and to tell you the truth, I don't pay any attention to the heading, 
whether it is from the family or the wings list...I just read them and write 
back when/if I get the time...Finally realized something was wrong!

A little bird tells me that you all have been talking about me...tsk tsk 
tsk...to answer you all's question (as blabbermouth already informed you ;o) I 
have not sampled the vegimite!  I hadn't even thought about it to tell you the 
truth!  (Sorry Betty...it's a dishonor to your name...)  I promise I will, as I 
said before, if only to uphold my reputation as one that keeps my word! LOL!

Update:
Jacob, my little man, is now 7 months old, can you believe it!?  It about puts 
me into hysterics when I realize that he is closer to being a year old than a 
baby now....sigh...my baby is gone...In it's place is this cute little chubby 
wubby with the longest eyelashes you have ever seen, hair down to the bottom of 
his ears...(he needs a haircut)...pulling himself up in his crib and anything 
else that can hold his 22 lbs, trying his best to crawl, but only managing to 
scoot backwards.  He can't get his hands and knees to work together!  Oh, and 
his first tooth came in on Saturday...the other one, right beside it, is right 
at the surface!  I love all this!!

He is the sunshine of my little world right now, and I wouldn't trade him in 
for anything...expect right now for just a few hours of uninterrupted 
sleep...then I'd take him back!  He's been pretty puny lately, running high 
fevers and coughing something awful...Whatever it is, it just hit me yesterday 
and I have been utterly miserable since.  I have done absolutely nothing but 
lay around all day yesterday and today...( any volunteers to come and clean up 
after my DH?  and do some dishes, laundry, fix me something to eat? 
Nope...can't get hubby to step in...) 

You know, funny thing is, I had all kinds of things going on before Jacob was 
born, and I told you all about it...Now it seems like NOTHING ever happens 
unless it has something to do with Jacob...now I know what they meant when they 
said that a baby consumes your life! LOL!

I don't have any recent digital pics as my hubby went and lost his palm pilot 
with the camera attached...What is it with my hubby???????  goodness....But I 
can scan some pictures if anyone is interested...I love to show him off!  He is 
so gorgeous...(of course, what did you all expect??? ;o)

Ok, It has taken me this long to get an update out, but it is time to go 
again...I'm so rumbly in my tumbly, time for something sweet....or not...I 
don't care...I am just hungry!

a lot of conversation in the last month or two, so if anything major has 
happened, please fill me in...
