A lady from another support group I belong to(gay spouse related not pregnancy
loss !) has asked me to pass on the details of a wonderful project that turns
unwanted wedding dresses into burial gowns for stillborns and children who gain
their wings in the early days of life.
It's based in Nebraska and you can find more details at
http://www.marymadelineproject.com/index.htm
I think she originally passed it on because she figured those who had marriage
break ups wouldn't want their keepsake wedding dresses but I thought there
maybe someone somewhere amongst us who has theirs sitting in the attic
gathering dust and would maybe be interested in donating it to a much needed
and worthy cause. There is a lady there who will make a keepsake for you from
the dress first (pillow or christening gown )if you wish and then use the rest
for the project.
I think they are also on the look out for anyone who can sew or crochet to help
with the gowns and blankets.

When the young bury the old, time heals the pain and sorrow.
But when the process is reversed, the sorrow remains forever.(Joseph P. Kennedy)
