This must have been so awful for you sweetheart.Here in the UK only babies
delievered after 23 weeks are classed as stillbirths and get to have a
certificate(or at least I think its 23 weeks).Neither of my boys got to have
one either and I do know that other mums I have spoken to feel very cheated
that their baby didn't get one.Personally I would like to see every baby
honoured but I don't see that happening ;-(
I'm sure no one would have thought that you were unprofessional and anyone
in the same position would ,I'm sure,have reacted likewise.Don't be too
harsh on yourself....you have lost the most precious thing in the whole
world...you deserve the right to grieve and we can't always make the tears
stay hidden until it's "convenient".
I promise that things will get better but no one can tell you how long it
will take.We are all here to help you through this....
