Hi Erin,
I am so sorry for the loss you went through.  This is so new yet for you--
remember to treat yourself gently and don't let anyone try to rush you through 
your grief.  This is a great place for support.  It's normal to look back and 
wonder if everything was done right or if the outcome could have been different 
if different choices had been made.  I still wonder about it after eleven 
years.  Our daughter lived for six months, which I know is a longer time than 
some have, but it's never long enough.
