[tri-wings] Trisomy 13 and 18 Parent Survey

Hi everyone,
 

If your child was born with Trisomy 13 or Trisomy 18 in any form, please
consider taking a few minutes to complete this Parent Study currently being
conducted at www.hopefortrisomy13and18.org 

 

It is a 6-question (5-10 minutes) survey that addresses what we as families
with children with T13 or T18 want to know from health care providers and
when we want to receive this information.  There is no research out there
yet to address this aspect of care when our children are diagnosed and when
they are born, and then in the cases when you are able to bring them home.
Your responses to this survey will help determine what recommendations are
given to health professionals.

 

The survey is posted on the home page at HFT, and will be open through
December 30, 2008:
