Not with that particular mail - but I do get mails from another list and
when I open them I get asked to install a Japanese text program :-) He is
from Japan and obviously still receives and writes to people back home
switching to Japanese text.
In your case the person obviously sends or receives mails from someone in
Arabic script.
The simple answer - install the arabic character program. It doesn't take up
much disk space (honest it really is minimal), its safe (they are from
microsoft), and it wont alter your mails. The other option (which is what I
do) - keep clicking cancel when it starts to download :-))
