Esmirna,
I can't offer you any advice about the best thing to do for Amanda. I know,
as her mother, you will make the best decision for her. I can tell you this
though. I wonder every day if I would have had more time with my daughter if
I had pushed for the surgery. Of course, I would have had to find a
cardiologist who would be willing to perform the operation. No one in my
area would have done it because she was considered "terminal". She also had
a VSD like Amanda, and the pediatric cardiologist told me it could probably
be corrected if she didn't have T18.

I will be praying for you and asking God to give you a peace about this. I
hope someone on this list can give you the information you need.

God bless you,

Candy
Mommy to Mallory Faith- T18 glory baby (8/16/06-9/19/06)

The will of God will not take you where the grace of God cannot keep you.
