There was a tiny 5 yr old boy found in the River Thames yesterday.  His 
dismembered body was found by a passer by.  It is so sick and so sad.  How 
could someone do this.  They dont even know who he is or where he has come 
from.  Surely, someone would know if there child had gone missing?
