Here is the original e-mail I sent. No problem.

Hi Everyone,

I thought every once in awhile, if this works out, I will post a question
that serves as therapeutic time. There are several books, newsletters, etc.
that ask questions and have you write the answers down. Sort of like
keeping a journal, but of specific questions and answers. Everyone I know
that has done them, myself included, has really benefited from answering
them. It is another form of helping one to heal, and this kind of therapy
is also cheaper. It also allows us to talk about our angel(s) to people who
can relate. Sadly, most people do not get very many opportunities to share
their precious children with others.

OK, so here is the first question. I am starting this out with a positive
one. What good has come from the birth/death of your child? I am not only
looking at how it has changed you as a better person, but also how it has
helped someone else. For example, maybe now your hospital has equipment to
help save the lives of babies that it did not have because you saw the need,
and raised the money. Maybe you have been there for someone who was
pregnant with a baby that was sick, and were there to hold their hand all
the way through it. In some way you were able to make someone else's grief
road more bearable because you were able to help in some way.

Happy writing!
