[tri-wings] The tonsils are Gone!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Ashlyn's tonsils and adenoids came out 
just fine today.  Glad it's over, except for recovery! She went into surgery at 
10:30, was out about 11:00, and was on the way home at 1:30!  The dr. felt 
confident after seeing her tonsils that this would take care of her 
problems--she's had a problem with her breath for quite awhile. He tried some 
other things first, just to rule out some other stuff, but was pretty sure this 
was what it was because her tonsils have deep grooves in them(in this case 
having groovy tonsils was not a good thing!).  After removing them, he said 
they had deep crevases that were trapping food, and that led to the breath 
problem.  She's had popsicles and jello and juice, but isn't feeling up to 
eating much yet.  I'm sure she'll be bounced back to normal within a week!
