My heart really goes out to you and the best thing that you can do right now 
is talk out your feelings if talking to Shawn or us isn't enough then maybe 
an impartial counsellor?  I left it 6 years before I did and the guilt and 
what ifs nearly killed me.  You gave Mieko the BEST life!!!  none of us 
choose when it's time for our kids to go because if we did they'd all still 
be here........ it is going to be a very hard road but just let yourself 
grieve and crying is OK....do what YOU need to do to get through these next 
hours, days, weeks and months....... big hugs
