As this year draws to a close I would like to spend a short time thanking moms and dads from these lists. I joined the list 2 weeks after Rebecca died, and the amount of emotional support it provides is absolutely amazing. Just reading the posts, the responses, seeing the affection that moms have for one another, and the genuine caring for each other and each others children, really helps to ease the pain of our loss. I am sure I speak for a lot of moms when I say this....For the moms who are caring for special angels - it really helps to follow the news; linking us to our precious children who have gone. Our hearts go out to each of you when you are facing a crisis, and all we can do is read and send cyber hugs and warm fuzzies.....I am sure a first instinct for many of us would be to jump in the car and come racing over to help!! Whether it be to clean the house or help fight government officials!! But we can't do that, so I hope that knowing that someone really does care, helps. Enough rambling......God bless you all and your precious families. As I will be away, I will try to catch up in the new year.
