Fawna,
I would also be willing to do the survey. I would prefer as email
attachement.  That is easiest for me.  Tyler was born still also but I
developed preeclampsia so they dont know if he passed due to that, or if
delivery was just too hard on his heart, or if it was combination of
everything together since he had trisomy 18.
