Absolutely!  Only difference is, you'll just be done after the first survey
(prenatal-neonatal).  But one of the things we're looking at is survival rate.
And that's impossible to get an accurate look at without all sides represented.

So which formate would you like?  Snailmail (address off list please at 
fawna33@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) or by computer, either printable PDF file to snailmail
back, or Word document to save to your computer, fill out and send back as an
e-mail attachment.

And I'm guessing from your e-mail addy that you're somewhere in the USA?
If that's not right, I'll need to know for the database.
