No Corinne, you are done!  And anyone who submitted for a 2nd ID request 
through the website, instead of writing in to retrieve their old forgotten
ID/Password got "caught" when I was logging them into the back up database.
No one could sneak in twice, because MicroSoft Excel automatically finishes
for you any entries that are duplicate.  So all of those 2ndary account 
request slots got reassigned to people from the database who hadn't been 
activated yet.
