Kenneth and Karen,

It was so incredibly sweet of you to send an extra Christmas card to
Rich and Nicholas.  When I sent that previous email about them being
left off, it was more of a Ha Ha email than anything.  We definitely
weren't upset that they didn't get included on the Christmas card!  So,
a big THANK YOU from Rich and Nicholas for their own special Christmas
card!
