I, too, am sorry to hear about your beloved Pippa.  Our pets easily become a
family member and are always there for us no matter our mood...I know Pippa
will be missed.

Artemus, the 'black tom cat' i mention in my signature was a member of our
family for 6 years (he's pictured with Tori on our family website).
However, about 2 months ago on one of his 'nightly' strolls (hence, TOM
CAT), disappeared into thin air and has not returned.
I can't bring myself to take him off of my signature.  He has been with me
since he was a tiny kitten, grew up with Tori, who was 3 when we got him,
and lived for a year with my brother who was dying of cancer - and provided
him with company when we couldn't be with him.  I keep hoping he'll show
back up one morning when I open the front door....but I think I'm having to
accept the fact that he's gone.

I'll think of you each time I think of Artemus...whether they pass, or run
away...it's a grieving process all it's own for our animals...we'll keep
your family in our prayers.
