Laura,
I would love to see a picture of Savannah. You have so much to rejoice
about when you remember her. A friend of mine from a town near here has a
granddaughter with Trisomy 18 who is 15, I think. When I met her for the
first time, I was so overjoyed to be able to hold her and watch her smiley
face. She seemed to rejoice in every minute. I truly knew what I was
missing as a grandma who didn't get to watch her little Hope grow up. But
I also saw the "work", along with the love, in her mother's and brother's
eyes.
