[tri-wings] SOFT Balloon Release

How and when is the balloon release?  We lost our little Damon on May 21st to 
Trisomy 13.  We have just joined the Wings list.  I have been hearing about 
the conference, but never got involved.  Now I have been seeing all the 
"balloon talk" and was wondering what it is  : )

"I am the Grandma" and Damon is out little Angel Grandchild.
